Carriage will be calculated by weight and goods despatched via Royal Mail Recorded delivery or Parcelforce/GLS whichever deems to be the most economical for the customer. Customers are responsible for supplying a delivery address and telephone number for the said carriers.
It is acceptable for a customer to arrange their own carrier to collect a consignment, Compbrake will package and label the goods free of charge.
Compbrake is a mail order company and as such does not have a collection point or shop.
. Returns will only be accepted if they have first been authorised by a member of Compbrake Ltd sales team and secondly the item is as new condition unused. Any item must be returned within 10 working days from day of despatch. PLEASE NOTE: Specials and Special order items are non returnable. For returns due to a customer error, these must be returned unused and in the original condition. For Refunds due to errors in customers ordering an administration fee of 25% is applicable as detailed in conditions of use
